富硒高钙羊奶粉对大鼠骨质疏松的预防研究

摘　　要：羊奶粉是一款新兴膳食补充产品,其营养物质比例和消化特性等更接近母乳,易被人体消化吸收,具有促进机体生长发育、抗炎、提高机体免疫力等功能,有益于人体健康。为探究富硒高钙羊奶粉对大鼠骨骼健康的影响,本研究以40只4周龄的Wister雌鼠为研究对象,随机分为4组,分为空白对照组、骨质疏松模型组、低剂量羊奶粉组和高剂量羊奶粉组,饲喂羊奶粉四个月后进行切卵巢造模,之后继续按原分组与剂量饲喂两个月。结果表明:相比于骨质疏松模型组,灌服高剂量富硒高钙羊奶粉能提高大鼠血清中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性1.3倍;在各组摄入钙一致的情况下,降低大鼠尿液和粪便的排出钙,相比于模型组降低50%左右;提高大鼠的骨密度1.5倍,表明富硒高钙羊奶粉能够显著降低雌激素下降引发的大鼠骨骼的损伤,且有剂量依赖性,对骨质疏松有预防作用。可以得出,富硒高钙羊奶粉可有利于大鼠骨骼健康,能够有效预防骨质疏松。本研究可为富硒高钙羊奶粉功效评价及产品开发提供理论依据。Goat milk powder is a new dietary supplement product.Its nutrient ratio and digestive characteristics are closer to those of breast milk.It is easy to be digested and absorbed by the human body.It has the functions of promoting body growth and development,anti-inflammatory,improving body immunity and so on,which is beneficial to human health.In order to explore the effect of selenium rich and high calcium sheep milk powder on bone health of rats,40 four week old Wister female rats were randomly divided into four groups,including blank control group,osteoporosis model group,low-dose sheep milk powder group and high-dose sheep milk powder group.After feeding sheep milk powder for four months,ovariectomy was performed for modeling,and then continue to be fed according to the original grouping and dose for two months.The results showed that compared with the osteoporosis model group,the activity of alkaline phosphatase(ALP)in serum of rats could be increased by 1.3 times by gavage of high-dose selenium rich and calcium rich goat milk powder;Significantly reduce the excretion of calcium in urine and feces of rats,which is about 50%lower than that of the model group;Significantly increase the bone mineral density of rats by 1.5 times,indicating that selenium rich and high calcium sheep milk powder can significantly reduce the bone damage caused by the decline of estrogen in rats,which is dose-dependent and has a preventive effect on osteoporosis.Conclusion:selenium rich and calcium rich goat milk powder can be beneficial to bone health of rats and can effectively prevent osteoporosis.This study provides a theoretical basis for the efficacy evaluation and product development of selenium rich and high calcium sheep milk powder.
