摘　　要：【目的】确定导致广西3个大型养殖场黄颡鱼大量死亡的原因,筛选出具有较好疗效的药物,为黄颡鱼迟缓爱德华氏菌的预防控制提供有力的技术支持。【方法】从广西多个养殖场采集死亡黄颡鱼内脏组织,按常规方法进行病原分离鉴定及选取临床常用的34种药物进行药物敏感试验。【结果】从鱼内脏组织中分离到3株病原菌,分别命名为GXLJ20-1、GXLJ20-2、GXLJ20-3。通过形态学、生理生化特性、16S rDNA鉴定,确定为迟缓爱德华氏菌。经药物敏感试验,菌株对恩诺沙星等16种药物敏感,对9种药物中度敏感,对9种药物表现为耐药。【结论】迟缓爱德华氏菌是致黄颡鱼及同池养殖的青鱼、鲢鱼、罗非鱼等鱼类死亡的病原;通过药物敏感试验筛选出恩诺沙星等16种敏感药物,在生产过程中可根据实际情况选用对迟缓爱德华氏菌进行预防和治疗。【Objective】The causes of the death of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco in three large farms in Guangxi were determined,and the drugs with good efficacy were screened to provide strong technical support for the prevention and control of Edwardsiella tarda in Pelteobagrus fulvidraco.【Method】The visceral tissues of dead Pelteobagrus fulvidraco were collected from several farms in Guangxi.The pathogens were isolated and identified according to conventional methods,and 34 drugs commonly used in clinic were selected for drug sensitivity test.【Result】Three strains of pathogens were isolated from fish visceral tissues and named as GXLJ20-1,GXLJ20-2 and GXLJ20-3,respectively.It was identified as Edwardsiella tarda by morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA identification.The drug sensitivity test showed that the strain was sensitive to 16 drugs such as enrofloxacin,moderately sensitive to 9 drugs,and resistant to 9 drugs.【Conclusion】Edwardsiella tarda is the pathogen causing death of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco,black carp,silver carp,tilapia and other fish cultured in the same pond.Through the drug sensitivity test,16 sensitive drugs such as enrofloxacin were screened out.In the production process,Edwardsiella tarda can be treated and prevented according to the actual situation.
