摘 要:【目的】为探讨红豆草的饲用价值,改善国内奶牛蛋白质饲草多样性不足的状况。【方法】在陇西县选择体重、产奶量、胎次、泌乳期相近的荷斯坦奶牛20头随机分为苜蓿青干草、红豆草青干草、苜蓿青贮+青干草、红豆草青贮+青干草4个处理。【结果】结果表明:苜蓿青干草组比红豆草青干草组每头牛每天增加产奶0.03 kg,红豆草青贮+青干草组比苜蓿青贮+青干草组每头牛每天增加产奶0.12 kg。苜蓿青贮+青干草组比苜蓿青干草组和红豆草青干草组每头牛每天分别增加产奶0.78 kg和0.81 kg,分别提高了5.4%和5.7%;红豆草青贮+青干草组比苜蓿青干草组和红豆草青干草组每头牛每天分别增产0.90 kg和0.93 kg,产奶量分别提高了6.3%和6.5%;苜蓿、红豆草青贮和青干草饲喂泌乳牛的乳脂率、乳蛋白没有明显变化;红豆草青贮+青干草组比苜蓿青干草组和红豆草青干草组每头每天分别增加收入4.21元和4.38元;苜蓿青贮+青干草组比苜蓿青干草组和红豆草青干草组每头牛每天增加收入3.48元和3.66元。【结论】用红豆草可代替苜蓿饲喂泌乳牛,不会影响产奶量;苜蓿和红豆草的青贮分别代替奶牛日粮中的部分苜蓿和红豆草青干草可提高奶牛产奶量。【Objective】In order to explore the feeding value of sainfoin and improve the condition of insufficient protein forage diversity in dairy cows.【Method】20 Holstein cows with similar weight,milk yield,parity and lactation were randomly divided into four treatments:alfalfa green hay,sainfoin green hay,alfalfa silage+green hay and sainfoin silage+green hay.【Result】According to the results,the milk yield of each cow in alfalfa green hay group increased 0.03 kg Per day than that in sainfoin green hay group.The milk yield of each cow in sainfoin silage+green hay group increased 0.12 kg Per day than that in alfalfa silage+green hay group.The milk production per day in the alfalfa silage+green hay compared with the alfalfa green hay group and sainfoin green hay group increased by 0.78 kg and 0.81 kg,and inproved 5.4%and 5.7%.The milk production per day of each cow in the sainfoin silage+green hay compared with the alfalfa green hay group and sainfoin green hay group increased by 0.90 kg and 0.93 kg,respectively,and improved 6.3%and 6.5%.There were no significant changes in milk fat rate and milk protein of alfalfa,sainfoin silage and green hay fed to lactating cattle;compared sainfoin silage+green hay group with alfalfa and sainfoin green hay,the income of each increased by CNY 4.21 and CNY 4.38 per day.The alfalfa silage+green hay group also increased by CNY 3.48 and CNY 3.66.Per day of each cattle respectively,【Conclusion】It shows that soinfoin can be used instead of alfalfa to feed lactating cattle,which does not affect milk production;the silage of alfalfa and sainfoin can increase milk production in dairy cows instead of some alfalfa and sainfoin green hay in dairy cattle diet,respectively.
