摘　　要：京津冀劳动力市场一体化水平提升有助于优化配置区域内劳动力资源、提高区域劳动力要素生产率、促进京津冀经济高质量发展,从而加速京津冀协同发展进程。本文利用相对价格法测度了2012-2021年京津冀劳动力市场一体化程度,分析了阻碍京津冀劳动力市场一体化的原因,并提出了提升京津冀劳动力市场一体化水平的对策建议。结果表明,2012-2021年,京津冀劳动力市场一体化程度有所加强但仍处于较低水平;2016-2020年体制性障碍对京津冀劳动力市场一体化的影响出现反弹;2012-2021年,非体制性因素中的劳动力市场服务体系对京津冀劳动力市场一体化存在一定的遏制作用。为进一步提升京津冀劳动力市场一体化水平,京津冀地区应深化改革户籍管理制度、完善劳动力市场环境、缩小区域经济发展差距。The improvement of integration level of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei labor market is conducive to optimizing the allocation of regional labor resources, improving regional labor factor productivity, promoting high-quality economic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, and thus accelerating the process of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. This paper uses the relative price method to measure the degree of labor market integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei from 2012 to 2021, analyzes the reasons that hinder the integration, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the integration level of labor market in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.The results show that from 2012 to 2021, the degree of labor market integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is strengthened but still at a low level. From 2016 to 2020, the impact of institutional barriers on labor market integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region rebounded.From 2012 to 2021, the labor market service system in non-institutional factors has a certain restraining effect on the integration of labor market in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region. In order to further improve the integration level of labor market in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the reform of household registration management system should be deepened, labor market environment should be improved, and regional economic development gap should be narrowed.
