摘 要:近年来,随着我国大力推进小城镇建设,使得小城镇中小型污水厂的提标改造势在必行。由于各个污水厂可能隶属不同企业或政府,污水厂和管网的运维成本又复杂多样,对于城市建设者和管理者来说,如何统一整合,是应该重视的问题。文章以如皋市水系综合整治工程PPP建设项目为例,简要介绍污水厂厂网一体化PPP模式下的工艺设计及对运维成本进行了计算分析探讨,为我国小城镇污水厂网一体化建设,提供一些可参考的借鉴经验。In recent years, with China vigorously promotes the construction of small towns, the transformation of the small sewage plant in small towns is imperative. Since various sewage plants may be affiliated to different companies and the government, the operating cost of the wastewater treatment plant and pipe network is more complex. For urban builders and managers, how to integrate, it is a problem that should pay attention. Taking the PPP construction project of Rugao water system comprehensive renovation project as an example, this paper briefly introduces the process design under the PPP mode of sewage treatment plant network integration and calculates, analyzes and discusses the operation and maintenance costs, providing some reference experience for the construction of sewage treatment plant network integration in small towns in China.
