摘 要:160万吨/年正丁烷溶剂脱沥青装置采用减压渣油正丁烷溶剂双段脱沥青工艺技术。自首次开工以来,通过不断优化调整,装置运行稳定,产品质量、运行能耗、运行参数符合设计要求和控制要求,但装置也存在需要进一步改善的问题,如脱油沥青汽提塔发泡、重脱油汽提塔运行负荷偏高、低压溶剂回收系统存在腐蚀等问题。本文主要介绍溶脱装置优化调整后运行情况及存在问题。The 1.6 million t/a n-butane solvent deasphalting unit uses the vacuum residue n-butane solvent two-stage deasphalting process technology. Since the first operation, through continuous optimization and adjustment, the unit has been stable in operation, and the product quality, operating energy consumption and operating parameters meet the design requirements and control requirements. However,the unit also has problems that need to be further improved, such as foaming of the deasphalting stripper, high operating load of the heavy deoiling stripper Corrosion and other problems exist in the low-pressure solvent recovery system. This paper mainly introduces the operation and existing problems of the stripping unit after optimization and adjustment.
