基于色彩空间转换的新型限流算法研究

摘  要:为了有效降低面板电流消耗,提出一种基于色彩空间转换的改进型限流算法.首先,通过对图像进行色彩空间转换,计算图像的平均亮度和峰值亮度;其次,构建分段式限流模型,并利用限流系数控制限流效果和色彩保持度,得到更新后的亮度信息;最后,对图像进行色彩空间逆转换,得到最终输出图像.实验及理论分析结果表明:相比于自动限流算法和直方图修正匹配算法,利用所提出的限流算法处理图像,在相同的显示功耗下,均方误差分别降低了24%和13%.所提算法有效降低了显示功耗,并得到了优良的视觉效果.In order to effectively reduce the current consumption of the display panel, an improved current limiting algorithm based on color space conversion is proposed.Firstly, the average brightness and peak brightness of the image are calculated by converting the color space of the image.Secondly, the segmented current limiting model is constructed and the current limiting factor is used to control the current limiting effect and color retention.Then the renewed brightness information is calculated.Finally, the color space inversion conversion of the image is performed to obtain the output image.Experimental and theoretical results show that the MSE of image processed by the proposed algorithm is 24% and 13% respectively, which are lower than that processed by auto current limit algorithm and histogram correction matching algorithm under the same PD.It can be proved that the proposed algorithm can effectively reduce the display power consumption and obtain excellent visual effects.
