摘 要:随着矿产资源的不断开采与选冶,我国面临着耕地面积减少和重金属危害人体健康两大难题,因此,重金属污染土壤修复的问题亟需解决.植物修复技术因其生态友好且成本较低而受到众多学者广泛研究.但迫于高浓度重金属产生的毒性压力,植物很难在高浓度重金属污染土壤中正常生长,因而其修复效率也很低,而耐重金属的促生菌株能够很好地弥补此缺陷.为此探究了实验室前期筛选保存的7株耐重金属菌株对植物的促生特性,包括解无机磷、固氮、产吲哚-3-乙酸(IAA)及产铁载体能力.研究结果表明,7株耐重金属菌株均有解无机磷及产IAA的能力,溶磷量为1.47~2.0 mg·L-1,其中菌株HM-12的溶磷活性最高,HD/CD为2.13.IAA产量为35.18~161.15 mg·L-1,其中菌株W-STS-8的IAA分泌量最大.此外,C1-Z、HM-12和LSM3具有固氮能力,而具有产铁载体能力的菌株只有W-STS-8.此研究成果为后续构建促生菌群及其联合植物修复重金属污染土壤提供菌种资源.With the continuous exploitation and beneficiation of mineral resources, we are facing two major problems: the reduction of cultivated land and the harm of heavy metals to human health.Therefore, the remediation of heavy metals contaminated soil needs to be solved urgently.Phytoremediation technology has been widely studied by many scholars because of its eco-friendly and low cost.However, due to the toxic pressure caused by highconcentrations of heavy metals, it is difficult for plants to grow normally in high concentrations of heavy metal contaminated soil, so its remediation efficiency is also very low, but heavy metals tolerant growth promoting strains can make up for this defect.Therefore, the growth promoting characteristics of seven heavy metals tolerant strains screened and preserved in the laboratory were explored, including theability to hydrolyze inorganic phosphorus, fix nitrogen, Indole-3-acetic acid(IAA) producing and iron producing carrier.The results showed that the seven heavy metals tolerant strains had the ability to dissolve inorganic phosphorus and produce IAA,and the amount of dissolved phosphorus was 1.47~2.0 mg·L-1,of which HM-12 had the highest phosphorus dissolving activity and HD/CD was 2.13.The yield of IAA was 35.18~161.15 mg·L-1,and the strain with the largest secretion of IAA was W-STS-8.In addition, C1-Z,HM-12 and LSM3 had the ability to fix nitrogen, while only W-STS-8 had the ability to produce iron carrier.The research results provide strain resources for the subsequent construction of growth promoting flora and its joint phytoremediation of heavy metals contaminated soil.
