摘　　要：目的 分析2021年北京市怀柔区8~10岁儿童的盐碘和尿碘结果,评价怀柔区儿童碘营养状况,为提高怀柔区儿童碘营养水平提供依据。方法 分层随机抽取怀柔区雁栖镇、宝山镇、北房镇、渤海镇和汤河口镇5个镇201名儿童,开展儿童碘营养状况、家庭食用盐碘监测,同时开展儿童甲状腺B超检查。结果 201名儿童尿样和家庭食用盐样中,尿碘中位数为150.10μg/L,尿碘<100μg/L的占30.34%,盐碘中位数为23.85 mg/kg;儿童甲状腺肿大率为1.99%。结论 2021年北京市怀柔区8~10岁儿童总体碘营养处于适宜水平(100~199μg/L),甲状腺肿大率在碘缺乏病消除标准限值内(<5%),合格碘盐食用率达到碘缺乏病消除标准(>90%)。Objective To analyze the results of salt iodine and urine iodine in children aged 8-10 years in Huairou district of Beijing in 2021, and evaluate the iodine nutrition status of children, so as to provide evidence for improving iodine nutrition level of children in Huairou district. Methods There were 201 children from 5 towns of Yanqi, Baoshan, Beifang, Behai and Tanghekou selected with stratified random selection method for iodine nutrition status, iodine monitoring of household edible salt, and carrying out thyroid examination by B-ultrasonography. Results The median of urine iodine was 150.10 μg/L among 201 urine samples of children, and the proportion of samples with urine iodine less than 100 μg/L was 30.34%. The median of salt iodine was 23.85 mg/kg in 201 samples of household edible salt, and the goiter rate of children was 1.99%. Conclusions The overall iodine level of children aged 8-10 years is at appropriate level(100-199 μg/L) in Huairou district of Beijing in 2021. The goiter rate of children is under the standard limit for elimination of iodine deficiency disorders(<5%), and the edible rate of qualified iodized salt reached the elimination standard of iodine deficiency disorders(>90%).
