摘  要:目的 建立微波消解—电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定干蘑菇中钒(V)、铬(Cr)、钴(Co)、镍(Ni)、镓(Ga)、砷(As)、硒(Se)、锶(Sr)、镉(Cd)、铊(Tl)和铅(Pb)含量的分析方法。方法 以市场上购买的不同产地、不同品牌野生青头菌、野生红乳牛肝菌和野生榛蘑干蘑菇为样品,粉碎后均匀取样,以硝酸为消解液、微波消解稀释定容后用ICP-MS法测定,以^(45)Sc、^(89)Y、^(115)In、^(209)Bi为内标元素校正基体干扰和漂移,通过标准曲线定量分析元素含量。结果在优化好的ICP-MS条件下,元素钒、铬、钴、镍、镓、砷、硒、锶、镉、铊和铅在线性范围内有良好的线性关系,均r≥0.999 1,检出限≤1.53μg/kg,各元素加标回收率在83.9%~116.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤7.5%。结论 本方法灵敏度高、重现性好、检测结果稳定可靠,且操作快速简单,适用于干蘑菇中钒、铬、钴、镍、镓、砷、硒、锶、镉、铊和铅含量的测定。Objective To establish microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry methods(ICPMS) for the determination of the elements of V, Cr, Co, Ni, Ga, As, Se, Sr, Cd, Tl, and Pb in dried mushrooms. Methods The samples of wild russula virescens, red cow liver fungus and hazelnut mushrooms which produced from different places with different brands were purchased in the market. After crushing and homogenizing, the samples were digested by microwave-assisted digestion with nitric acid, diluted and volume determined, then analyzed by ICP-MS method. The matrix interference and drift were calibrated with the internal standards of ^(45)Sc,^(89)Y,^(115)In and ^(209)Bi, and the content of the elements were quantitatively analyzed by standard curve. Results Under the conditions of optimized ICP-MS, the elements of V, Cr,Co, Ni, Ga, As, Se, Sr, Cd, Tl, and Pb had a good linear relationship in the linear range, all r≥0.999 1, limit of detection≤1.53μg/kg, and the standard recovery rates of each element ranged from 83.9% to 116.9%, with RSD≤7.5%. Conclusions This method is suitable for determination of the elements of V, Cr, Co, Ni, Ga, As, Se, Sr, Cd, Tl, and Pb in dried mushrooms, with high sensitivity, good repeatability, stabilized and reliable results, rapid and simple operation.
