摘  要:本文从科学史的文献资料入手,从历史发展的角度回顾了从正电子和人工放射性的发现,到PET诞生及发展的历程,分析了PET从产生创意到逐步完善的过程,展示了应用技术改进的艰难曲折道路。目的在于探讨基础研究与应用技术创新间的关系,说明基础研究是技术创新的源头与基石,是推动技术发展的不竭的动力;还着眼于总结在此发展历程中,科学家们的创新思路和经验:他们善于观察与发现问题,利用实验手段认识世界,注重前期工作积累,坚持不懈,实现物理学、化学、生命科学、医学和计算机科学多学科的交叉融合,把基础科学的理论和最新成果引入到技术创新中,直接造福人类的健康。这一研究为我们培养创新型人才提供了生动的范例和宽阔的思路。This paper reviews the history of the birth and development of PET originated from positrons and artificial radioactivity from the perspective of historical development based on the literature of the history of science,analyzes the process from the creation of PET to the gradual improvement,shows the difficult and tortuous road of the improvement of the applied technology.This paper aims to explore the relationship between basic research and applied technology innovation,showing that basic research is the source and cornerstone of technology innovation and the inexhaustible power to promote the development of technology.It also focuses on summarizing the innovative ideas and experiences of scientists in this development process:Scientists are skilled in observation,good at discovering problems,using the experimental method to acquaint the world,paying attention to the accumulation of prophase work,and never giving up,the implementation of physics,chemistry,life science,medicine and computer science multidisciplinary cross fusion,bringing the basic theory and the latest achievements of science in the technology innovation,directly benefiting the human health.This research provides us with vivid examples and broad ideas for cultivating innovative talents.
