摘 要:目的 比较男男性行为者(MSM)不同艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染的检测流程,尽早发现早期感染者,进行早期干预和治疗,以降低病毒载量和传播风险,使该人群新发感染率得到有效的控制。方法 2017年—2021年湖州市MSM重点人群监测咨询进行抗体检测的样本共8 012份,分别用三代试剂检测流程、四代试剂检测流程和改良三代试剂检测流程进行检测。结果 三代试剂检测流程共诊断HIV感染196份,经四代试剂检测流程共诊断HIV感染215份,经改良三代试剂检测流程共诊断HIV感染228份。结论 四代试剂检测流程优于三代试剂检测流程,改良三代试剂检测流程又优于四代试剂检测流程。因此在高发病率的MSM人群,应该选择效率高的检测流程达到最高效的阳性检出率,对于HIV感染早发现、早治疗和早干预具有非常深远的意义。Objective To compare the different detection processes of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) infection among men who have sex with men(MSM), and early detection, intervention and treatment were applied to reduce the viral load and transmission risk so that the new infection rate of this population can be effectively controlled. Methods From 2017 to 2021, a total of 8 012 samples were conducted for antibody testing by MSM monitoring and consultation in Huzhou City. The third-generation reagent detection process, the fourth-generation reagent detection process and the improved third-generation reagent detection process were used for detection respectively. Results A total of 196 HIV infections were diagnosed by the third-generation reagent detection process, 215 HIV infections were diagnosed by the fourth-generation reagent detection process, and 228 HIV infections were diagnosed by the improved third-generation reagent detection process. Conclusion The fourth-generation reagent testing process is better than the third-generation reagent testing process, and the improved third-generation reagent testing process is better than the fourth-generation reagent testing process. Therefore, in the high-morbidity MSM, a high-efficiency detection process should be selected to achieve the most efficient positive detection rate, which has far-reaching significance for the early detection, early treatment and early intervention of HIV infection.
