摘 要:目的 掌握平顶山市所有县(市、区)非饮水型氟中毒病区的饮用水中氟含量及分布情况,为进一步落实因地制宜、分类指导、科学决策提供基础数据。方法 采集平顶山市6个行政区和5个市(县)非饮水型氟中毒病区的饮用水样2 196份,其中集中供水1 987份,分散供水209份。采用离子色谱法对水氟进行检测。结果 所采集水样中氟的含量为未检出~1.19 mg/L,中位数为0.39 mg/L,水氟含量<1.0 mg/L的水样占98.9%,水氟含量>1.0 mg/L的水样占1.1%。各县(市、区)水氟含量差异有统计学意义(H=729.242,P<0.05)。不同供水方式水氟含量差异有统计学意义(Z=3.037,P<0.05)。结论 本市大部分地区饮用水中氟含量处于适宜水平,部分县(市)区水氟含量偏高。Objective This study aims to understand the content and distribution of fluoride in drinking water of non-drinking-water fluorosis area in all counties(urban area, districts) in Pingdingshan City, so as to provide basic data for further implementation of local conditions, classification guidance and scientific decision-making. Methods A total of 2 196 drinking water samples of non-drinking-water fluorosis area in 6 administrative districts and 5 counties of Pingdingshan City were collected, including 1 987 centralized water supply and 209 decentralized water supply. Water fluoride was determined using ion chromatography. Results The fluoride content in the collected water samples ranged from 0.0 mg/L to 1.19 mg/L, with a median of 0.39 mg/L. 98.9% of the water samples had fluoride content lower than 1.0 mg/L, and 1.1% of the water samples had fluoride content higher than 1.0 mg/L. There was statistical significance on the difference in water fluoride content among counties(urban area, districts)(H=729.242, P<0.05). There was statistical significance on the difference in fluorine content in different water supply methods(Z=3.037, P<0.05). Conclusion The fluoride content in drinking water in most areas of Pingdingshan City is at an appropriate level, but the fluoride content in some counties(urban area and districts) is high.
