摘  要:目的 探究母体静脉血及胎儿脐血血管生成素-2(angiogenin-2,Ang-2)、缺氧诱导因子1α(hypoxia inducible factor-1α,HIF-1α)水平与胎儿生长受限(fetal growth restriction, FGR)的关系。方法 回顾性分析本院2020年3月—2022年3月收治的105例FGR患儿的临床资料,另取同期在本院分娩的50例正常胎儿作为对照组,对比2组患儿母体静脉血及胎儿脐血中Ang-2、HIF-1α水平,采用Spearman相关性分析生长发育相关指标、母血及胎儿脐血中Ang-2、HIF-1α水平与FGR的关系。结果 FGR组母血与脐血Ang-2水平低于对照组,FGR组母血与脐血HIF-1α水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。FGR与母血Ang-2及脐血Ang-2水平、新生儿体质量、出生身长、出生头围均成负相关(P<0.05),与母血HIF-1α水平、脐血HIF-1α水平及孕妇血清2-ME水平均成正相关(P<0.05)。结论 FGR的患儿母血及脐血Ang-2水平降低、HIF-1α水平上升,FGR与新生儿体质量、出生身长、出生头围、孕妇血清2-ME水平密切相关。Objective This paper aims to explore the relationship between the levels of angiogenin-2(Ang-2), hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α) in maternal venous blood and fetal cord blood and fetal growth restriction(FGR). Methods The clinical data of 105 children with FGR admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were retrospectively analyzed, and 50 normal fetuses delivered in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of Ang-2 and HIF-1α in maternal venous blood and fetal cord blood were compared between the two groups. Spearman correlation was used to analyze the relationship between growth and development-related indexes, levels of Ang-2 and HIF-1α in maternal blood and fetal cord blood and FGR. Results The levels of Ang-2 in maternal blood and cord blood in the FGR group were lower than those in the control group, and the levels of HIF-1α in the maternal blood and cord blood in the FGR group were higher than those in the control group, with the differences of statistical significance(P<0.05). FGR was negatively correlated with maternal blood Ang-2 and cord blood Ang-2 levels, neonatal body weight, birth length, and birth head circumference(P<0.05), and was positively correlated with maternal blood HIF-1α levels, cord blood HIF-1α levels and the serum 2-ME level of pregnant women(P<0.05). Conclusion The level of Ang-2 in maternal blood and cord blood of children with FGR decreased, and the level of HIF-1α increased. FGR was closely related to neonatal weight, birth length, birth head circumference, and maternal serum level of 2-ME.
