摘  要:本文介绍了变压器绝缘油颗粒度现场取样和实验室检测的影响因素和控制研究。首先,根据现场取样的常见情况,研制了绝缘油颗粒度净化取样箱;其次,指出对洁净度要求高的变压器油,应采取摇晃油样后静置10分钟的处理方式;最后提出了温度对绝缘油颗粒度测试结果的影响。对冀北地区两座换流站进行变压器油颗粒度测试,表明使用颗粒度净化取样箱和适当的处理方式能有效提高油品颗粒度检测准确性。The influence factors and control research of transformer insulating oil particle size field sampling and laboratory testing were introduced.According to the common situation of field sampling,it firstly develops an insulating oil particle size purification sampling box,secondly points out that the transformer oil with high requirements on particulate contamination should be treated by shaking the oil sample and then standing for 10 minutes,finally proposes the temperature influence on the particle size test results of insulating oil.The transformer oil particle size test was carried out on two converter stations in northern Hebei area,which showed that the use of particle size purification sampling box and appropriate treatment methods could effectively improve the accuracy of oil particle size detection.
