摘  要:根据天然酯绝缘油和矿物油的物理及化学特性差异,制定了层压纸板浸天然酯绝缘油和矿物油对比研究方案,确定了在60℃热油状态下进行恒温浸油的试验方法。通过试验,获得了在相同条件下干燥后的层压纸板浸天然酯绝缘油和矿物油时的浸油速度及吸油率的差异,为500kV天然酯绝缘油变压器制定浸油工艺处理时间提供了数据支撑。According to the difference of physical and chemical characteristics of natural ester insulating oil and mineral oil,a comparative study scheme of impregnating natural ester insulating oil and mineral oil on laminated board is made,and the test method of constant temperature impregnating oil at 60℃is determined.Through the experiment,the difference of oil immersion speed and oil absorption rate between the dried laminate board impregnated with natural ester insulating oil and mineral oil under the same conditions is obtained,which provides data support for the preparation of oil immersion process processing time for 500kV natural ester insulating oil transformer.
