摘  要:【目的】解决由ZL45型复合滤棒成型机组所配备的大流量供料装置位置偏高,导致设备维修维护时存在较大的安全隐患问题。【方法】在原有结构的基础上,设计出一套可移动的维修平台,增加设备维修维护时的安全性。并利用有限元分析软件对可移动式维修平台结构进行仿真分析。【结果】结果表明,维修平台的最大应力为87.555 MPa,发生在维修平台与滑杠的连接处,其余部分的应力较小。维修平台的最大变形量为0.393 35 mm,主要发生在维修平台的连接板处。【结论】可移动式维修平台的结构能较好地满足用户的使用要求,为客户进行设备的维护维修提供强有力的帮助,同时增加维护维修时的安全性。[Purposes] In order to solve the high position of the large flow feeding device equipped by the ZL45 composite filter rod forming unit,there is a big safety hazard in the maintenance of the equipment.[Methods] On the basis of the original structure,a set of mobile maintenance platform is designed to increase the safety of equipment maintenance.The finite element analysis software is used to simulate the structure of the movable maintenance platform.[Findings] The results show that the maximum stress of the maintenance platform is 87.555 MPa,which occurs at the connection between the maintenance platform and the slider,and the stress of the rest is small.The maximum deformation of the maintenance platform is 0.393 35 mm,which mainly occurs at the connecting plate of the maintenance platform.[Conclusions] The structure of the movable maintenance platform can better meet the requirements of use,provide strong help for customers to carry out equipment maintenance and repair,and increase the safety of maintenance and repair.
