城市污泥处理处置与建材化利用研究

摘　　要：【目的】随着我国经济的发展和城镇化的推进,城市污泥的产量也在逐年增加,对环境的影响举足轻重。【方法】本研究基于污泥的处理处置方式,分析污泥用于卫生填埋、土地利用和制备建筑材料等对环境造成的影响,提出推行污泥建材化利用的必要性。以近年来污泥的处理处置技术为例,结合我国国情和污泥特点分析了污泥的处理技术、处置措施和发展趋势。【结果】结果表明,污泥可以用于烧制水泥、砖和陶粒,改性处理后能替代混凝土中的细骨料。【结论】污泥建材化利用既可以减少污泥对环境的不利影响,又可以使污泥变废为宝,解决我国建材资源短缺的问题,具有经济和环境双重效益。[Purposes] With the development of China′s economy and the advancement of urbanization,the output of municipal sludge is also increasing year by year,which has a significant impact on the environment.[Methods] Based on the treatment and disposal methods of sludge,this study analyzes the impact of sludge on the environment caused by measures such as sanitary landfill,land use and preparation of building materials,and puts forward the necessity of promoting the utilization of sludge building materials.Taking the treatment and disposal technology of sludge in recent years as an example,this study analyzes the treatment technology,disposal measures and development trend of sludge in combination with China′s national conditions and sludge characteristics.[Findings] The results show that the sludge can be used to burn cement,bricks and ceramsite,and the modified sludge can replace the fine aggregate in concrete.[Conclusions] The utilization of sludge building materials can not only solve the adverse effects of sludge on the environment,but also make the sludge turn waste into treasure,solve the problem of shortage of building materials resources in China,and have dual economic and environmental benefits.
