摘　　要：【目的】分析目前风电设备联储联备存在的问题和困难,为风力发电企业实现提质增效目标,节约资金占用提供建议。【方法】以近年来国内某发电集团推进风电建设中在备品配件采购方面取得的实践经验为研究对象,列举联储联备的主要措施,剖析开展联储联备存在的机型繁杂、设备参数不透明、配件质量隐患等制约因素。【结果】通过创建风电设备联储联备的四种创新模式和前置采购区域化路径,提出了大联储概念,并基于信息化平台的风机配件联合储备管理方法,从风机厂家和市场监管角度提出了解决方案。【结论】随着风电产业迅速扩大,扩大设备联储联备的广度和深度是压降风电运营成本的有效手段,也是风电物资管理人员的共同课题。[Purposes] Analyze the problems and difficulties existing in the federal reserve′s joint reserve of wind power equipment,and provide suggestions for wind power enterprises to achieve the goal of improving quality and efficiency and saving capital occupation.[Methods] Taking the practical experience in spare parts procurement taken by a domestic power generation group in promoting wind power construction in recent years as the research object,this paper enumerates the main measures taken by the federal reserve for joint reserve,and analyzes the constraints such as complicated models,opaque equipment parameters,and hidden trouble in spare parts quality.[Findings] Through the creation of four innovative modes of the federal reserve′s joint reserve of wind power equipment and the regional path of pre procurement,the concept of the great federal reserve is proposed,and the management method of the joint reserve of wind turbine accessories based on the information platform is proposed from the perspective of wind turbine manufacturers and market supervision.[Conclusions] With the rapid expansion of the wind power industry,expanding the breadth and depth of equipment federal reserve is an effective means to reduce the operating cost of wind power,and also a common topic for wind power material managers.
