摘　　要：当今西方资本主义制度面临一系列经济、政治、社会和理论困境,集中表现为实体经济失调与国家干预失效、传统建制派失宠与民主政治失灵、福利体系失能与贫富收入失衡、价值观失色与新自由主义失败。西方资本的无序扩张、民主制度退化、政治生态运动失度、乌克兰危机管理失控等因素,是西方社会系统性危机的主要成因。如何看待西方资本主义的制度困境及其新变化、新问题,是时代赋予马克思主义理论工作者的一项重任。Nowadays,the Western capitalist system is in a series of economic,political,social and theoretical dilemmas,which are mainly manifested in the imbalance of the real economy,the failure of state intervention,the loss of favor of the traditional establishment,the failure of democratic politics and the welfare system,the imbalance of income between the rich and the poor,the loss of values and the failure of neoliberalism.The disorderly expansion of Western capital,the financial liberalization policies,the degradation of the democratic system,the loss of political ecological movements,and the failure of Ukrainian crisis management etc are the main causes of the systemic crisis in Western society.How to view the institutional dilemma of Western capitalism and its new changes and problems is an important task entrusted by the times to Marxist theorists.
