摘　　要：在逆全球化浪潮兴起叠加世纪疫情影响的背景下,跨境投资面临的国际环境日趋复杂。日本是我国最重要的外资来源国之一,在我国技术进步与经济发展进程中发挥了积极的作用。进一步推动和深化日本对华直接投资与合作,不仅是我国构建“双循环”新发展格局、实现高质量经济发展的重要组成部分,对推动日本经济复苏也将发挥积极作用。文章在分析日本对华直接投资的现状、新动向、驱动因素以及影响因素的基础上,探讨现阶段日本对华直接投资与中日双边投资的关系,并据此提出对策建议,以促进中日经贸关系长期稳定发展。The international environment for cross-border investment has become increasingly complex against the backdrop of the rise of counter-globalization and the impact of the epidemic of the century.Japan,as one of the most important source countries of foreign investment in China,has played an active role in the process of technological progress and economic development in China.On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the normalization of diplomatic relations between China and Japan,further promoting and deepening Japanese direct investment and cooperation with China is not only an important part of China’s efforts to promote the new development pattern of double-cycle and achieve high-quality economic development,but also plays a positive role in promoting Japan’s economic recovery.Based on the analysis of the current situation,new trends,drivers and influencing factors of Japanese direct investment in China,this paper discusses the relationship between Japanese direct investment in China and Sino-Japanese bilateral investment at this stage,and accordingly proposes countermeasures for China to cope with the new trends of Japanese investment in China,in order to promote the long-term and stable development of Sino-Japanese economic and trade relations.
