摘　　要：水压试验,是输水管道安装完成后检验整体质量的重要手段,其中大口径输水管以球墨铸铁管最常见,但是实际施工过程中,球墨管水压试验失败的情况比比皆是,主要是施工技术人员对水压试验的施工要点不够了解。以马岭水利枢纽工程供水管线球墨铸铁管水压试验为例进行介绍。Hydraulic test is an important means to check the overall quality of water conveyance pipelines after installation. Ductile iron pipe is the most common type of large-bore water conveyance pipe. However, during the actual construction process, the failure of hydrostatic test of spheroidal graphite pipe is very common. The main reason is that construction technicians do not understand the key points of hydrostatic test. In this paper, the hydrostatic test of ductile iron pipe for water supply line of Maling Hydraulic Complex Project is introduced as an example.
