连续刚构桥梁高温高空环境下混凝土浇筑施工技术

摘　　要：巧大二级公路孙家梁大桥,全长342.08m,主桥上部采用预应力混凝土悬臂浇筑连续刚梁,最大墩高99m。该桥连续刚构箱梁施工时段为2020年6—9月,为工程所在地云南省昭通市巧家县1a中气温最高时段,高温40℃左右。因此通过高压拖泵的选型、混凝土配合比选取以及挂篮顶部做遮阳棚等一系列措施,确保高温、高空环境下,高标号箱梁混凝土在确保施工质量的前提下的顺利浇筑。Sunjialiang Bridge on Qiaoda Second-Class Highway is 342.08m long. Continuous rigid beam is cast with pre-stressed concrete cantilever on the upper part of the main bridge, with the maximum pier height of 99m. The construction period of the bridge continuous rigid frame box girder is from June to September, 2020.It is the highest temperature period in a whole year in Qiaojia County, Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province, with a high temperature of about 40 C. Therefore, a series of measures such as selection of high-pressure Trailer pump,selection of concrete mix ratio and making a sunshade at the top of the cradle are adopted to ensure the smooth placing of high-grade box girder concrete under high temperature and high altitude environment.
