摘 要:滇中引水石鼓水源工程冲江河左岸进水隧洞在开挖过程中遇到强风化极富水地层,该地层围岩条件较差,含水量极其丰富,隧洞掌子面最大涌水量约为1000m3/h,为有效减小进水隧洞涌水量,提高围岩稳定性,确保施工质量、安全和进度,采用堵水灌浆施工方案,能有效减小进水隧洞开挖过程中涌水量,提高进水隧洞围岩稳定性。结合左岸进水隧洞堵水灌浆施工实践,对强风化极富水地层隧洞堵水灌浆施工技术进行研究总结。The intake tunnel on the left bank of Chongjiang River of Shigu Water Source Project encountered highly weathered and water-rich strata during excavation. The surrounding rock conditions of this formation are poor and its water content is extremely rich. Maximum water inflow at tunnel face is about 1000m~3/h. In order to effectively reduce water inflow of intake tunnel, improve stability of surrounding rock and ensure construction quality, safety and progress, water shutoff grouting construction scheme is adopted. It can effectively reduce water inflow during excavation of intake tunnel and improve stability of surrounding rock of intake tunnel. Combining with the construction practice of water shutoff grouting for left bank intake tunnel, this paper summarizes the construction technology of water shutoff grouting for tunnel in highly weathered and water-rich strata.
