摘  要:隧洞开挖光面爆破和楔形掏槽技术可以使隧洞形成一个贯穿光爆炮孔且光滑平整的开挖面,达到较好的成型效果和开挖进尺。在隧洞开挖过程中钻工能力水平、光爆孔间距布设、楔形掏槽钻爆、单孔装药量和堵塞长度直接影响光面爆破和开挖进尺,对隧洞开挖成型效果影响较大;过程中严格控制钻孔深度、孔向、光爆孔间距、单孔的装药量和堵塞长度是保证开挖质量的关键因素。Smooth blasting and wedge cutting techniques for tunnel excavation can make the tunnel form a smooth and smooth excavation surface penetrating the smooth blasting holes, achieving better shaping effect and excavation footage. In the course of tunnel excavation, the level of drilling capacity, spacing arrangement of smooth blasting holes, wedge-shaped cut blasting, charge quantity of single hole and blockage length directly affect smooth blasting and excavation footage, and have a great influence on the shaping effect of tunnel excavation. Strict control of drilling depth, hole direction, spacing of photoblasting holes, charge quantity of single hole and blocking length are key factors to ensure excavation quality.
