摘 要:云南省滇中引水石鼓水源基础处理工程冲江河箱涵防渗墙采用塑性混凝土,墙体连接采取接头管法,而墙段间的接缝是防渗墙施工的薄弱环节,现有的防渗墙接头刷洗装置均为常规的钢丝刷洗装置,通过钻机带动刷子不断的由孔底至孔口进行往返运动,此方法在保证施工质量的前提下,施工功效偏低。为了保证墙体连接质量和施工工效。该工程研制了1种电动接头刷洗装置。主要介绍电动接头刷洗装置的施工工艺和效果分析。Plastic concrete is used for cut-off wall of box culvert in Chongjiang River of Shigu Water Source Foundation Treatment Project. Joint tube method is used for wall connection. Joints between wall sections are the weak link in the construction of cut-off wall. The existing anti-seepage wall joint brushing devices are conventional steel wire brushing devices, which drive the brush through the drill to move back and forth continuously from the bottom of the hole to the orifice. This method has low construction efficiency on the premise of guaranteeing construction quality. In order to guarantee the quality of wall connection and construction efficiency, an electric joint brushing device is developed in this project. This paper mainly describes the construction technology and effect analysis of electric joint brushing device.
