绿色金融与经济高质量发展耦合协调的时空分异及关联网络

摘　　要：绿色金融与经济高质量发展需要统筹协调,才能实现良性互动,发挥协同效应。本文采用2011—2020年省级面板数据,构建绿色金融与经济高质量发展评价指标体系,利用耦合协调模型评价系统耦合协调水平,并使用空间相关分析、空间网络分析等方法研究了耦合协调度的时空格局以及网络关联特征。研究发现:(1)大多数省份绿色金融与经济高质量发展的耦合协调度处于中度协调水平,并呈现逐年提升态势,绿色金融发展相对滞后。(2)耦合协调度存在明显的空间差异,呈现自东向西依次递减和扩散的梯度特征,空间集聚程度先减弱后提高。(3)地区之间形成了等级森严的网络结构,高水平地区向低水平地区的辐射作用不强。本文对于优化绿色金融与经济高质量协同发展格局具有政策借鉴意义。The development of green finance and high-quality economy needs to be coordinated to achieve benign interaction and synergy.This study uses provincial panel data from 2011 to 2020 to build an evaluation index system for green finance and high-quality development of economy,uses the coupling coordination model to evaluate the level of system coupling coordination,and uses spatial correlation analysis,spatial network analysis and other methods to analyze the time spatial pattern and network correlation characteristics of the coupling coordination degree.The research finds that:(1)The coupling and coordination degree of green finance and high-quality economic development in most provinces is at a moderate level,and shows an increasing trend year by year.The development of green finance is relatively lagging behind.(2)There are spatial differences in the degree of coupling and coordination,showing the characteristics of decreasing and diffusing gradient from east to west,and the degree of spatial concentration decreases first and then increases.(3)A hierarchical network structure has been formed among regions,and the radiation effect from high-level regions to low-level regions is not strong.This study has policy reference significance for optimizing the pattern of coordinated of green finance and high-quality economy development.
