摘  要:针对石油石化装置受高温腐蚀的现状,研制出以水性有机硅树脂、水性无机硅耐高温树脂为成膜物的常温自干型水性耐高温防腐涂料。为提高涂料的耐热性,选择水性铝银浆、硅灰石、沉淀硫酸钡作为主要颜填料,并选用抗闪锈剂、消泡剂、流变助剂、成膜助剂等提高漆膜外观及涂料施工性能等。测试结果表明,涂层具有良好的耐热性和附着力,可实现长期耐高温(400℃)、耐冻融循环等性能。In view of the situation of high temperature corrosion of petroleum and petrochemical equipments,an air-drying water-based heat-resistant anti-corrosive coatings with water-based organosilicone resin and waterbased inorganic silicone resin as film forming material was developed.In order to improve the heat-resistance of the coatings,water-based silver aluminum paste,wollastonite and precipitated barium sulphate were selected as the main fillers.The anti-flash rust agent,defoaming agent,rheological agent and film forming agent were added into the coatings system to improve the overall performance,such as the film appearance and coatings construction performance,etc.The test results showed the coating had good heat-resistance and adhesion force,long-term high temperature resistance of 400℃,good freeze-thaw cycle resistance,etc.
