摘  要:采用含有亚麻油酸的丙烯酸预聚物与干性植物油酸、三羟甲基丙烷、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)等进行反应,制备了氧化交联型水性丙烯酸聚氨酯分散体,并对影响水性丙烯酸聚氨酯分散体性能的多种因素进行了探讨。结果表明:采用亚麻油酸与甲基丙烯酸正丁酯、乙烯基甲苯、甲基丙烯酸和过氧化二特丁基醚混合滴加来制备丙烯酸预聚物,甲基丙烯酸在丙烯酸预聚物中的用量为20%时,综合效果最好;在水性丙烯酸聚氨酯乳液合成过程中,当亚油酸与豆油酸的质量比为1∶1,n(—NCO)/n(—OH)为0.87,以乙二醇丁醚作为助溶剂,油度为45%左右,树脂的酸值控制在45~55 mgKOH/g时,制备的乳液性能最佳。Oxidizing crosslinking water-borne acrylic-modified polyurethane dispersion was prepared by using linolenic-acid-modified acrylic resin,drying vegetable fatty acid,trihydroxymethylpropane(TMP)and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI).Many factors which affect water-borne acrylic-modified polyurethane dispersion properties were discussed.The results showed that the pre-polymers were prepared by dropping the mixture of linolenic acid and n-butyl methacrylate,vinyl toluene,methacrylic acid and di-tert-butyl ether peroxide.When the amount of methacrylic acid in the prepolymers was 20%,the comprehensive effect was the best.During the synthesis of waterborne acrylic-modified polyurethane dispersion,the mass ratio of linoleic acid and soybean acid was 1∶1,the molar ratio of NCO/OH was 0.87,ethylene glycol butyl ether was used as the co-solvent,the oil-length was about 45%,the acid value of the resin was controlled between 45-55 mgKOH/g,the prepared water-borne acrylic-modified polyurethane dispersion had the best performance.
