摘　　要：俗话说,“三分涂,七分管”,粉末喷涂以高度集成化、自动化、智能化著称,目前已趋于成熟。而上件则处于粉末喷涂的最前端,受制与工件形状、尺寸、结构等因素,仍然以人工手工操作方式为主,因此,上件的管理直接影响到整个粉末喷涂的质量。对粉末喷涂前处理上件产品工艺质量的控制进行了分析,以期提高生产效率和产品质量。As the saying goes,“30 % from painting and 70 % from management”. Powder spraying which is famous for its high integration,automation and intelligence has become mature. Locating of workpiece is at the forefront of powder spraying,and is still dominated by manual operation due to the shape,size,structure and other factors of the workpiece,so the locating of workpiece management directly affects the quality of the whole powder spraying.In order to improve production efficiency and product quality,the process quality control of powder spraying pretreatment was analyzed.
