摘  要:广西某铅锌选厂存在着生产精矿铅锌互含高、尾矿金属流失严重等突出问题。文章通过矿石性质、流程分析、现场操作条件等因素进行分析,确定了影响生产指标提升的关键因素,并对应开展原矿磨矿细度条件试验、原矿pH条件试验、中矿磨矿细度条件试验等,最终研究开发了合理的铅锌中矿再磨浮选工艺。现场完成新工艺改造、完善磨矿钢球日常补加制度之后,铅、锌回收率分别提升3.1%和2.75%,每年增加企业经济效益约1887万元。In a lead-zinc concentrator in Guangxi,there are some outstanding problems,such as high lead and zinc content in the concentrate and serious metal loss in the tailings.Through the analysis of ore properties,process analysis,on-site operating conditions and other factors,this paper determined the key factors affecting the improvement of production indicators were determined and raw ore grinding fineness condition test,raw ore pH condition test,middling grinding fineness condition test were carried out.Finally,a reasonable lead zinc middling regrinding flotation process was developed.After completing the new process transformation on site and improving the daily supplement system of grinding steel balls,the lead and zinc recovery rates increased by 3.1%and 2.75%respectively,increasing the economic benefits of the enterprise by 18.87 million yuan per-year.
