摘 要:铸铜转子技术在提高感应电动机效率的同时会使电机起动性能变差,通过调整定、转子槽形结构参数可使集肤效应和磁饱和得到改善,同时提高起动性能。但感应电动机优化是一个多变量强耦合的规划问题,若选用所有的槽形结构参数做优化变量会导致计算时间过长且易陷入局部最优。为此,采用LASSO模型筛选对起动性能和效率影响大的槽形结构参数,实现优化变量的降维。在优化方法方面提出了多策略融合的改进麻雀搜索算法(ISSA),并通过基准函数实验验证改进的有效性。以提高电动机起动性能和效率为目标,以电机性能满足IE4标准为约束,将上述方法应用于两台铸铜转子感应电动机优化实例中,并分别从定子槽形结构参数优化、转子槽形结构参数优化及定转子槽形结构参数同时优化3个方向进行分析。为了说明所述方法的有效性,将ISSA与循环遍历法及其他仿生算法的优化结果进行了对比。最后,建立了电动机的仿真模型,对改进前后电动机的起动性能、损耗和磁通密度进行仿真分析。Casting copper rotor technology can improve the efficiency of induction motor and deteriorate the starting performance of motor.Skin effect and magnetic saturation are improved by adjusting the slot structure parameters of stator and rotor,and the starting performance is also improved.However,induction motor optimization is a multivariable strong coupling programming problem.If all slot structure parameters are selected as optimization variables,the calculation time will be too long and easily fall into local optimal.Therefore,the LASSO model was used to screen the slot structure parameters which have great influence on the starting performance and efficiency,and the dimension reduction of the optimization variables was realized.In the aspect of optimization method,an improved sparrow search algorithm(ISSA)with multi-strategy fusion was proposed,and the effectiveness of the improvement was verified by benchmark function experiments.To improve the starting performance and efficiency of the motor,the above method was applied to two optimization examples of cast copper rotor induction motor with the motor performance meeting the IE4 standard as the constraint.The analysis was carried out in three directions:the optimization of stator slot parameters,the optimization of rotor slot parameters and the simultaneous optimization of stator and rotor slot parameters.In order to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method,the optimization results of ISSA were compared with those of the cyclic traversal method and other bionic algorithms.Finally,the motor simulation model was established and the starting performance,loss and flux density of the motor before and after improvement were analyzed.
