摘　　要：目的:研究信息追溯系统对消毒供应中心(CSSD)精密器械管理质量的影响。方法:采用CSSD信息追溯系统软件对精密器械全过程跟踪记录及追溯管理。选取医院临床在用的100套精密器械,按照管理方法不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50套,对照组采用常规管理方法,观察组采用信息追溯系统管理。自制工作质量调查问卷和临床科室满意度调查表调查CSSD工作人员工作质量和临床医护人员的使用满意度,对比两组器械的回收合格率、清洗合格率、包装合格率、灭菌合格率和发放合格率,以及CSSD工作人员的工作质量和医护人员对两组器械的使用满意度。结果:观察组器械的回收合格率、清洗合格率、包装合格率、灭菌合格率及发放合格率分别为96%、92%、88%、88%和92%,且均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.000,χ^(2)=4.762,χ^(2)=4.882,χ^(2)=4.000,χ^(2)=3.843;P<0.05)。CSSD工作人员对观察组器械管理的工作积极性、技巧、团队精神及质量控制管理评分分别为(82.25±6.14)分、(80.69±7.22)分、(83.33±5.59)分和(79.84±8.66)分,且均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(t=6.862,t=4.031,t=5.233,t=3.748;P<0.05)。临床医护人员对观察组器械的使用满意度为98.67%,高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.448,P<0.05)。结论:信息追溯系统应用于CSSD精密器械管理,能够提高CSSD工作人员工作质量和精密器械的回收、清洗、包装、灭菌及发放合格率,提升临床工作者使用满意度。Objective: To study the influence of information traceability system on the quality of precision instrument management in central sterile supply department(CSSD). Methods: CSSD information traceability system software was adopted for whole process tracking records and traceability management of precision instruments. A total of 100sets of precision instruments in clinical use of the hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different management methods, with 50 sets in each group. The control group adopted conventional management method and the observation group adopted the information traceability system for management. The work quality of CSSD staff and the satisfaction of clinical staff were investigated by using the self-made work quality questionnaire and clinical department satisfaction questionnaire. The recycling qualification rate, cleaning qualification rate, packaging qualification rate, sterilization qualification rate and distribution qualification rate of precision instruments were compared between the two groups, as well as the work quality of CSSD staff and satisfaction of clinical staff. Results: The recycling qualification rate, cleaning qualification rate, packaging qualification rate, sterilization qualification rate and distribution qualification rate of precision instrument in the observation group were 96%, 92%,88%, 88% and 92%, respectively, which were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.000, χ^(2)=4.762, χ^(2)=4.882, χ^(2)=4.000, χ^(2)=3.843;P<0.05). The work enthusiasm, skills, team spirit and quality control management scores of CSSD staff in the observation group were(82.25±6.14),(80.69±7.22),(83.33±5.59)and(79.84±8.66), respectively, which were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.862, t=4.031, t=5.233, t=3.748;P<0.05).
