摘  要:收集2019年9月至2021年8月医院Halcyon医用直线加速器的维修数据,从投入临床使用的时间开始进行分析,统计设备常见故障部件并总结故障处理方法。该设备2年内共经历24次维修和6次保养,其中设备投入使用前6个月发生故障达到14次(占58.3%),之后18个月内故障率相对较平稳。设备常见故障部件主要为多叶准直器(MLC),共发生故障7次(占29.2%),其故障主要集中在驱动马达和T型螺母(NUT)两个易损部件,MLC工作状态可通过脉冲宽度调制(PWM)和Backlash测试进行检验,MLC故障在经过保养后的一段时间内故障率明显降低。通过故障统计分析有助于发现影响设备稳定性的诱因,摸索故障发生的规律,为制定设备维护计划和提高开机率提供依据。The maintenance data of Halcyon medical linear accelerator in the hospital from September 2019 to August 2021 were collected, statistics of common faulty components of the equipment and summary of fault handling methods were conducted from the analysis of the time of being put into clinical use. The equipment underwent a total of 24repairs and 6 maintenance in 2 years, of which 14(58.3%) malfunctions occurred in the first 6 months of operation,and the malfunction rate was relatively stable in the following 18 months. Components with common faults were multileaf collimator(MLC), with 7 failures(accounting for 29.2%). The failures were mainly confined to two vulnerable components: drive motor and T-NUT, and MLC working conditions can be verified by pulse width modulation(PWM)and Backlash tests. The failure rate of MLC was obviously reduced after maintenance. The statistical analysis of failures is helpful to find out the inducement that affects the stability of equipment, explore the rules of failure occurrence, and provide the basis for making equipment maintenance plan and improving the operating rate.
