摘  要:以L-组氨酸、氯化镧、氢氧化钠等为原料合成了组氨酸镧,经过元素分析、红外分析、热重分析一系列表征,最终确定产物的分子式为LaCl_(3)(His)_(3)·1.5H_(2)O。并将制备好的组氨酸镧添加到天然橡胶中炼胶,采用无转子硫化仪测试其硫化特性。结果发现,在三种硫化体系下,与空白胶料相比,添加组氨酸镧后的胶料T10均发生了延长,这表明组氨酸镧可以起到很好的预防焦烧的效果,保证了焦烧的安全性。而工艺正硫化时间则有所缩短,意味着硫化速率的加快。而后通过分析热硫化阶段曲线的斜率、计算加硫指数CRI进一步分析了组氨酸镧对橡胶硫化速率的影响。结果表明,在三种硫化体系下,与空白胶料相比,加入组氨酸镧后的天然橡胶热硫化阶段曲线的斜率值和CRI均明显上升。说明组氨酸镧可以提高天然橡胶的硫化速率。In this paper, histidine, lanthanum chloride, sodium hydroxide, etc. were used as raw materials to synthesize lanthanum histidine. After elemental analysis, infrared analysis and thermogravimetric analysis, the final product formula was determined to be LaCl_(3)(His)_(3)·1.5H_(2)O. The prepared lanthanum histidine was added to the natural rubber to make rubber, and its vulcanization characteristics were tested by a rotorlessvulcanizer. It was found that under the three vulcanization systems, the compound T10 after the addition of lanthanum histidine has been extended compared to the blank compound, which shows that lanthanum histidine can play a good role in preventing scorch and ensure scorch safety. The process of positive curing time is shortened, which means that the curing rate is accelerated. Then by analyzing the slope of the thermal vulcanization stage curve and calculating the vulcanization index CRI, the influence of histidine lanthanum on the vulcanization rate of rubber was further analyzed. The results show that, under the three vulcanization systems, the slope value and CRI of the thermal vulcanization stage curve of natural rubber after adding histidine lanthanum are significantly increased compared with the blank rubber. It shows that lanthanum histidine can improve the vulcanization rate of natural rubber.
