摘  要:辐射取向整体Nd-Fe-B永磁环是一类特殊取向的稀土永磁体,该类磁体可通过辐射充磁或径向多极充磁制备辐射磁环或多级磁环,达到简化电磁耦合器件组装、改善电机特性的目的。辐射取向整体Nd-Fe-B永磁环在无刷直流电动机、陀螺仪、磁传感器、线性驱动器和闭锁装置等应用方面都有着非常广阔的市场前景。文章介绍了永磁环的主要分类及应用,综述了辐射取向整体Nd-Fe-B永磁环常用的制备方法以及应用现状,指出了该类材料在研究过程中存在的问题,展望了辐射取向整体Nd-Fe-B永磁环的发展前景。Radially oriented Nd-Fe-B integrated ring magnet is a type of permanent magnet with special orientation. Such ring magnet also can be multi-polar magnetized to prepare a series of even-numbered multi-pole magnetic ring with smooth magnetic transition and high-power factor, thus to achieve the purpose of simplifying the assembly of electromagnetic coupling devices and improving the characteristics of the motor. There are numerous applications for the radially oriented Nd-Fe-B integrated ring magnets in devices, such as brushless DC motor, gyroscope, magnetic sensor, linear actuators, and latching devices. This paper discusses the classifications, preparation technologies, magnetic properties and application fields of the radially oriented Nd-Fe-B integrated ring magnets. It points out some problems and shortcomings existed in the research process and summarizes the current state of the research and the development tendency of the ring magnets. At the end of the paper, some views on the prospects of the radially oriented Nd-Fe-B integrated ring magnets are further suggested.
