摘  要:肩袖撕裂是对中老年群体影响最大的肌肉关节疼痛病变,严重影响人们生活质量,给社会经济带来沉重负担。高频超声检查具有实时、动态及便捷等优点,在肩袖撕裂的诊疗中得到了临床的广泛认可,但其诊断准确度仍有待提高。超声新技术的应用使超声检查在诊断肩袖撕裂中的实用性更广。本文对超声技术在肩袖撕裂诊断及预后预测中的研究现状进行综述,包括高频超声、超声造影、超声弹性成像、超微血流成像及三维超声成像技术。Rotator cuff tears is a muscle and joint pain lesion that has the greatest impact of the middle-aged and elderly.It seriously affects people's quality of life and brings a serious burden to the social economy.High-frequency ultrasound examination has the advantages of realtime,dynamic and convenient,and is widely recognized in the diagnosis of rotator cuff tears,but it's diagnostic accuracy still needs to be improved.The application of new technologies makes ultrasound more practical in the diagnosis of rotator cuff tear.This review summarizes the status of new ultrasound technologies in the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of rotator cuff tears,including high-frequency ultrasound,contrast-enhanced ultrasound,ultrasonic elastography,superb microvascular imaging and three-dimensional ultrasound imaging.
