摘 要:通过水质静态试验研究磁处理在纺织厂循环水的应用效果。通过综合对比化学添加阻垢剂、超声波技术、反渗透技术和磁阻垢法的原理、优劣和设备初投资,选择磁阻垢对循环水进行处理。研究发现:对循环水施加外部磁场能够有效缓解水垢生成,当磁场强度为14000GS时,抑垢率最高,最大值为94.41%;外加磁场能够促进CO_(2)溶于水中,使水的pH值显著降低,有效抑制水垢生成;磁化处理的水CaCO_(3)的溶解度明显提高,水中离子浓度增加,电导率升高。The application effect of magnetic treatment in circulating water of textile mill was studied by static experiment of water quality.By com paring the principle,advantages and disadvantages of chemical scale inhibitor,ultrasonic technology,reverse osmosis water treatment technology and magnetic scale method,as well as the initial investment of equipment,the magnetic scale method was comprehensively selected to treat the circulating water.It was found that applying the external magnetic field to the circulating water can effectively alleviate the scale formation.When the magnetic field strength was 14000 GS,the scale inhibition rate was the highest,the maximum value was 94.41%;The external magnetic field can promote the dissolution of CO_(2) in water,significantly reduce the pH value of water,and effectively inhibit the formation of scale;The solubility of CaCO_(3) in magnetized water was obviously improved,the ion concentration in water was increased,and the conductivity was increased.
