福建特有树种突脉青冈木材结构特征

摘  要:为科学识别鉴定和合理利用福建特有树种突脉青冈(Quercus elevaticostata)木材,借助连续变倍体视显微镜、生物数码显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察突脉青冈木材宏观和微观结构特征,测定并分析木材解剖定量特征。结果表明,突脉青冈木材心边材区别不明显,散孔材,单管孔,管孔呈溪流状径向排列,管间纹孔互列;导管组织比量为5.06%,平均管孔密度为3.43个/mm^(2),管孔平均弦向直径为172.83μm;导管分子平均长度为619.31μm,长宽比为3.67。木纤维组织比量为53.96%,细胞平均长度为1381.4μm,长宽比为57.52,壁腔比为1.13。轴向薄壁组织发达,组织比量为23.27%,为离管带状,排列规整,宽1~7个细胞;大多数结晶体出现在轴向薄壁细胞中。木射线组织比量为17.70%,非叠生;为同形单列木射线和宽木射线,其中同形单列木射线高3~23个细胞,宽木射线高许多细胞,常超出切片范围,宽木射线平均宽度为371.61μm;导管-射线间纹孔式主要为刻痕状,少数大圆形;具环管管胞,胞间道缺如。For scientific identification and rational utilization of wood of Fujian endemic species Quercus elevaticostata,macro-structure and micro-structure characteristics of Q.elevaticostata wood were observed by continuous zoom stereo microscope,bio-digital microscope and scanning electron microscope,and quantitative characteristics of wood anatomy were determined and analyzed.Results showed that differences between heartwood and sapwood of Q.elevaticostata wood were not obvious,which belonged to diffuse-porous wood and had solitary pores.Pores showed diagonal to radial pattern.Intervessel pits were alternate.Proportion of vessels was5.06%.Average pore density was 3.43 number/mm^(2).Average tangential diameter of pores was 172.83μm.Average length of vessels was 619.31μm,and ratio of length to width was 3.67.Proportion of wood fibers was53.96%.Average length of cells was 1381.4μm.Ratio of length to width was 57.52.Ratio of wall to cavity was1.13.Axial parenchyma were advanced with proportion of 23.27%,which were regularly apotracheal banded with width of 1-7 cells.Most crystals appeared in axial parenchyma cells.Proportion of wood rays was17.71%,which were not storied and included exclusively uniseriate wood rays and broad wood rays.Exclusively uniseriate wood rays were mainly made of cells with height of 3-23 cells.Heights with broad wood rays were much higher by many cells and often beyond scope of slice with average height 371.61μm.Most of vessel-ray pits were palosade and few were big rounds.Wood had vasicentric tracheid and intercellular canals were absent.
