摘 要:乌兹别克斯坦某银行大厦,结构高度147.1 m,9度抗震设防,采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒体系和组合减震技术。详细论述了该工程的体系选择、抗震和减震设计中面临的技术挑战,以及采取的应对措施。研究表明,9度区超高层结构采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒体系时,纯抗震体系无法满足水平位移限值以及构件承载力控制要求,为此采取了组合减震技术,即悬臂桁架黏滞阻尼器减震与金属连梁阻尼器减震措施,分别解决不同地震水平下的整体结构和构件设计问题,通过计算明确了减震措施所能达到的效果。另外,对9度区超高层减震效率和减震产品吨位等关键问题进行了讨论。通过制定合理的性能指标,并对抗震和减震措施进行充分优化和论证,最终保证了结构在不同阶段的性能满足设计要求。A bank building in Uzbekistan,with a height of 147.1 m,seismic fortification intensity of 9-level,adopts reinforced concrete frame-core tube system and combined energy dissipation technology.The structural system selection,the technological challenges in seismic and energy dissipation design,and the corresponding seismic measures are discussed in detail.The research shows that,for the super high-rise building in 9-level seismic zone,the pure aseismic system of RC frame-core tube can not meet the requirements of horizontal displacement and members bearing capacity.Hence,the combined energy dissipation technology,namely,the energy dissipation measures of viscous dampers installed at the end of cantilever truss and the metal coupling-beam dampers are used together to solve the overall structure and member design under different seismic levels.The effect of energy dissipation measures is also calculated.In addition,the key problems such as damping efficiency and damping product tonnage of super high-rise buildings in the 9-level zones are discussed.Through setting reasonable performance objectives and fully optimizing and demonstrating the aseismic and energy dissipation measures,the structural performance in different stages is finally ensured to meet the requirements.
