摘　　要：新时代制度优势转化为治理效能的体育实践彰显出制度内生逻辑的强大优势和生命力。中国特色社会主义制度在体育实践中具有一系列制度优势,具体表现为坚持马克思主义体育学说是思想之源,党领导体育事业发展是力量之核,彰显体育发展的人民性是血脉之基,建设体育的新型举国体制是架构之道,展现体育精神与文化自信是精神之要。伟大斗争的推动、伟大工程的保障、伟大事业的支撑、伟大梦想的引领是在体育实践中将制度优势转化为治理效能的根本路径。新时代体育实践中制度优势转化为治理效能取得了历史性成就,坚定党建统领夯实了政治根基,坚守思想高地铸造了精神大厦,坚怀为民初心厚植了人民情怀,坚信法治道路强化了制度保障,坚持协同创新激发了强劲活力。The sports practice of transforming institutional advantages into governance efficiency in the new era highlights the strong advantages and vitality of the endogenous logic of the system. The socialist system with Chinese characteristics has a series of institutional advantages in sports practice. The specific performance is that adhering to the Marxist sports theory is the source of thought;the party’s leadership in the development of sports is the core of strength;highlighting the people’s nature of sports development is the foundation of blood;building a new national system of sports is the way of architecture;showing sports spirit and cultural self-confidence are the essence of spirit. The promotion of great struggle, the guarantee of great project, the support of great cause and the guidance of great dream are the fundamental ways to transform institutional advantages into governance efficiency in sports practice. In the new era, the transformation of institutional advantages into governance efficiency in sports practice has made historic achievements. Strengthening the leadership of party building has consolidated the political foundation;sticking to the ideological highland has cast a spiritual building;owning a firm heart of serving people’s feelings;believing the road of rule of law has strengthened the institutional guarantee, and adhering to collaborative innovation has stimulated strong vitality.
