摘  要:华阳新材料集团有限公司泊里煤矿共布置5个井筒,经评估,该矿井田范围内3~15号煤层均有突出危险性。为有效预防井筒施工期间发生煤与瓦斯突出,杜绝揭煤期间瓦斯超限,加快井筒施工进度,采取在井筒旁施工地面预抽瓦斯井,通过对目标煤层进行水力加砂压裂工艺改造,使压裂裂缝延伸覆盖井筒,改善井筒预揭煤层应力集中状态。泊里煤矿在井筒施工前共施工地面预抽瓦斯井4口,5个井筒施工期间相继揭露煤层30余次,没有发生突出事故,缩短了井筒施工工期,确保了安全高效的井筒建设。A total of five shafts were arranged in Boli Coal Mine of Huayang New Material Group Co., Ltd. After evaluation,No.3 ~ 15 coal seams in the mine field had outburst risk. In order to effectively prevent coal and gas outburst during wellbore construction, put an end to gas overrun during coal uncovering, and accelerate wellbore construction progress,surface pre-drainage gas wells are constructed beside the wellbore. Through the hydraulic sand fracturing process transformation of the target coal seam, the fracturing fracture extends to cover the wellbore and improves the stress concentration state of the wellbore pre-uncovering coal seam. A total of 4 ground pre-drainage gas wells were constructed in Boli Coal Mine before shaft construction. During the construction of 5 shafts, more than 30 coal seams were exposed successively, and no outburst accident occurred, which shortened the shaft construction period and ensured safe and efficient shaft construction.
