快速康复外科护理理念在腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨快速康复外科护理理念在腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术患者中的应用效果。方法:将76例腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术患者分为对照组和观察组各38例,对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组采用快速康复外科护理理念进行干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组术前焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,饥饿、口渴评分均低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),且术后首次进食时间、首次下床活动时间、输液时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.01);观察组15项恢复质量评分量表(QoR-15)中5个维度评分及护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复外科护理理念应用于腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术患者,可缓解术前不适情况,降低并发症发生率,缩短术后恢复时间,提高患者护理满意度。Objective: To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing concept in patients with laparoscopic resection of adrenal tumor.Methods: A total of 76 patients with laparoscopic resection of adrenal tumor were according to different bursing methods divided into the control group and the observation group with 38 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional nursing measures, while the observation group adopted rapid rehabilitation concept of surgical nursing intervention.Comparison was made between the two groups on nursing effect.Results: The self-rating preoperative anxiety scale(SAS),the self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores, hunger and thirst scores were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01);The overall complication incidence was lower in the observation group than thst in the control group(P<0.05),and the first postoperative eating time, the first ambulation time, transfusion time, and length of hospital stay were shorter in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.01);The 15 recovery quality rating scale(QoR-15)total scores of five dimensions and nursing satisfaction were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Application of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing concept in patients with laparoscopic resection of adrenal tumor, can alleviate preoperative discomfort, reduce complications, shorten the postoperative recovery time, and improve their nursing satisfaction.
