循环管理联合层级护理管理在胃肠外科患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨循环管理联合层级护理管理在胃肠外科患者中的应用效果。方法:将2020年1月1日~12月31日胃肠外科收治的60例患者作为对照组,行常规护理管理;将2021年1月1日~12月31日胃肠外科收治的60例患者作为观察组,实施循环管理联合层级护理管理。比较两组护理管理效果。结果:观察组术后恢复质量量表(QoR-15)评分高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组一般自我效能感量表(GSES)各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各项护理质量指标水平均高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:胃肠外科患者接受循环管理、层级护理管理联合干预具有明显优势,有利于促进临床护理服务质量及护理满意度提高,改善患者恢复质量。Objective: To explore the application effect of cycled management combined with stratified nursing management in patients with gastrointestinal surgery.Methods: During January 1 to December 31,2020,a total of 60 patients admitted in gastrointestinal surgery were as the control group, and was given routine nursing management;During January 1 to December 31,2021,a total of 60 patients admitted in gastrointestinal surgery were as the observation group, implemented cycled management combined with stratified nursing management.Comparison was made between the two groups on effect of nursing management.Results: The postoperative recovery quality scale(QoR-15)scores were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01);The general self-efficacy scale(GSES)scores were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01);The postoperative complication rate was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05);The nursing quality indicators levels were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01);The nursing satisfaction scores were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Cycled management combined with stratified nursing management in patients with gastrointestinal surgery has obvious advantages, which is conducive to improving clinical nursing service quality and satisfaction, so as to improve the quality of recover.
