摘 要:高等院校学生在未来的职业生涯中需要具有足够的领导力,才能够适应充满不确定性的全球化工作环境。因此,领导力素质教育已成为国外高等教育的一项重要使命,越来越多的高校也开展了各种各样的领导力训练项目。在厘清领导力训练项目定义的基础上,按照训练目标及内容,将领导力训练项目划分为基于情感学习、基于认知学习和基于技能学习三类,回顾、梳理和总结了2000年以来国外高等教育中领导力训练项目的主要研究成果。研究发现,国外高等教育中领导力训练项目的设计策略及实施方式对培训效果具有显著不同的影响;未来的项目开发及研究应从训练目标及内容的广泛性、训练设计的客观性、训练方法的实践性以及效果评价的准确性等四个方面展开更为深入的探索。College and university students need to have enough leadership in their future career in order to adapt to the uncertain global working environment. So it has been an important mission for higher education abroad to provide leadership quality education and more and more colleges and universities have begun to carry out a variety of leadership training programs. On the basis of clarifying the basic concepts of leadership training program, this paper divides leadership training program into three categories: affective, cognitive, and skill-based learning. Then this research reviews, sorts out and summarizes the main research results of leadership training programs in higher education abroad since 2000. It is found that the design strategies and implementation methods of leadership training projects in foreign higher education have significantly different effects on the training results. The development and research of future leadership training projects should further improve the universality of training objectives and contents, objectivity of training design, practicality of training methods and effectiveness of effect evaluation.
