摘 要:试验研究了SAP掺量、SAP粒径以及水胶比对3、7、28 d龄期100%再生骨料替代率的SAP再生混凝土抗压强度的影响,通过正交试验并对试验数据进行极差分析和层次分析,确定了影响SAP再生混凝土抗压性能的各因素的主次顺序与最佳配合比。试验结果表明:在各个龄期下,水胶比为影响SAP再生混凝土抗压强度的主要因素,而SAP掺量、粒径则是次要因素,并确定了SAP再生混凝土的最佳配合比为水胶比0.3,SAP掺量0.1%,粒径大小30~50目,同时分析了SAP对于再生混凝土的优化机理主要是SAP的吸水与释水的性质影响了养护早期水化程度,缓解了养护后期内部干燥的现象以及加强了再生混凝土的界面区。Experimented and studied the influence of the particle size and dosage of SAP and water-binder ratio on the compressive strength of SAP recycled concrete with 100% recycled aggregate replacement rate at the age of 3,7 d and 28 d.Through orthogonal test,the data was analyzed with range analysis and analytical hierarchy process,then the primary and secondary sequence of the various influence factors on compressive strength of SAP recycled concrete and the optimal mix proportion were determined.The experimental results show that the water-binder ratio is the main factor affecting the compressive strength of SAP recycled concrete in each age,while the dosage and particle size of SAP are the secondary factors.The optimal mix proportion of SAP recycled concrete is that water-binder ratio is 0.3 with0.1%,30~50 mesh SAP.At the same time,the optimization mechanism of SAP recycled concrete is analyzed mainly because the water absorption and water release properties of SAP affect the hydration degree at the early stage of curing,alleviate the internal drying phenomenon at the later stage of curing and strengthen the interface area of recycled concrete.
