摘  要:实践证实,大坝实体全级配混凝土的抗冻性能低于湿筛二级配混凝土,往往达不到设计的F200或F300抗冻等级。系统分析了混凝土冻融损伤机理与影响全级配混凝土耐久性的因素,提出了高抗冻等级全级配混凝土配制技术思路,通过原材料优选,配合比设计,配制出了抗冻等级达到F400的全级配混凝土。分析认为,品质优越的原材料是配制高抗冻等级大坝混凝土的基础,配合比设计是关键,拌和与浇筑过程质量控制是保障。Practice has proved that the freeze-thaw resistance of fully-graded dam concrete is lower than that of wet screened concrete,which often cannot reach the designed freeze-thaw resistance grade of F200 or F300.The freeze-thaw damage mechanism of concrete and the factors affecting the durability of fully-graded concrete are systematically analyzed,and the idea of improving its freeze-thaw resistance grade was put forward.Through optimizing raw materials and designing mix proportion,the fully-graded concrete with freeze-thaw resistance grade up to F400 is been produced.The analysis shows that the raw materials with superior quality are the basis for the preparation of dam concrete with high freeze-thaw resistance grade,the mix proportion design is the key,and the quality control of mixing and pouring process is the guarantee.
