摘 要:全珊瑚混凝土是一种岛礁新型建筑材料,国内外对其长期收缩性能方面的研究较为缺乏。因此考虑不同水灰比、不同养护龄期的影响因素,开展全珊瑚混凝土收缩特性研究。试验结果表明:全珊瑚混凝土的收缩随水灰比的升高而增大,180 d内,28 d的收缩应变占比就超过了60%;养护龄期越长,收缩时间越早,构件收缩终值有所增加;全珊瑚混凝土在早期具有微膨胀性,可以减缓收缩速率,使得收缩率与普通混凝土比较接近,但后期快速增加并超过普通混凝土。从材料特性和影响因素两大方面,剖析全珊瑚混凝土收缩特性的作用机理,可为全珊瑚混凝土应用于海洋工程建设提供相应的参考依据。All-coral concrete is a new type of building material for islands and reefs,and research on its long-term shrinkage performance is relatively lacking at home and abroad.Therefore,considering the influencing factors of different water-cement ratios and different curing ages,a study on the shrinkage characteristics of all-coral concrete was carried out.The test results show that the shrinkage of all-coral concrete increases with the increase of the water-cement ratio.Within 180 days,the proportion of shrinkage strain in 28 days exceeds 60%.The longer the curing age,the earlier the shrinkage time,and the end of the component shrinkage.The value has increased.All coral concrete has micro-expansion in the early stage,which can slow down the shrinkage rate,making the shrinkage rate closer to that of ordinary concrete,but it increases rapidly in the later stage and exceeds that of ordinary concrete.It analyzes the mechanism of shrinkage characteristics of all-coral concrete from two aspects of material properties and influencing factors,which can provide a corresponding reference basis for the application of all-coral concrete in marine engineering construction.
