摘　　要：目的探究大学生自我和谐对未来工作自我的影响机制。方法2017年4月至10月采用自我和谐量表、职业自我效能量表、未来工作自我量表、父母职业相关行为量表对全国2929名大学生进行调查。结果(1)职业自我效能在大学生自我和谐与未来工作自我之间起中介作用[Bootstrap 95%CI(0.267,0.390)];(2)父母职业支持在自我和谐和职业自我效能之间起调节作用(β=0.132,P<0.01);(3)父母职业干预(β=-0.115,P<0.01)和父母职业冷漠(β=-0.146,P<0.01)不仅在自我和谐与职业自我效能间起调节作用,而且在职业自我效能与未来工作自我间起调节作用(β=-0.085,P<0.01;β=-0.135,P<0.01)。结论自我和谐对未来工作自我的影响,是有调节的中介效应。Objective To investigate the mechanism underlying the impact of self-consistency and congruence(SCC)on future work self(FWS)among university students.Methods Self-Consistency and Congruence Scale(SCCS),Career Self-efficacy Scale(CSES),Future Work Self Scale,and Parental Career-Specific Behaviors Scale were used in a survey on 2929 university students across China from April to October 2017.Results(1)Career self-efficacy mediated between SCC and FWS among the university students[Bootstrap 95%CI(0.267,0.390)];(2)Career-related parental support moderated in between SCC and career self-efficacy(β=0.132,P<0.01);(3)Parental career interference and lack of parental career engagement moderated not only in between SCC and career self-efficacy,but also in between career self-efficacy and FWS(β=-0.085,P<0.01;β=-0.135,P<0.01).Conclusion Self-consistency and congruence imposes a moderating mediating effect on future working self.
