摘 要:利用金相显微镜、SHT4305-W电液伺服万能试验机分析了喷射钢HSF640、粉末钢2004和电渣钢M4的退火组织和非金属夹杂物的级别,对比了三者淬回火后的硬度、冲击功和抗弯强度等力学性能,并研究了耐磨性能。结果表明,退火组织中,HSF640与粉末钢2004的碳化物不均匀度级别相当,电渣M4的碳化物不均匀度稍差;HSF640碳化物颗粒尺寸介于粉末钢2004和电渣M4之间;HSF640冲击功与抗弯强度介于粉末钢2004和电渣M4之间,HSF640的耐磨性能好于粉末钢2004。The annealed microstructure and grade of non-metallic inclusions of injection steel HSF640,powder steel 2004 and electroslag steel M4 were analyzed by metallography microscope and electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine.The mechanical properties of the three steels after quenching and tempering were compared,such as hardness,impact work and bending strength,and the wear resistance was studied.The results show that the degree of carbide inhomogeneity of HSF640 is similar to that of powder steel 2004,but the degree of carbide inhomogeneity of electroslag M4 is slightly worse.The particle size of HSF640 carbide is between powder steel 2004 and electroslag M4.The impact energy and bending strength of HSF640 are between powder steel 2004 and electroslag M4,and the wear resistance of HSF640 is better than powder steel 2004.
